- 2 or more scheduled visits in a 3-month period, can have payments spread over six (6) months, or
- You can pay for one visit at a time

Call our office to schedule your evaluation, if you haven't been seen already.
Develop a treatment plan with your therapist, which will determine the number of visits needed to meet your goals.
At checkout you will pay for the evaluation and /or get an estimate for the number of visits you and your therapist settled on, and we can schedule those visits, or wait until you are ready to start.
Visit CareCredit’s website to sign up for their deferred interest card using the estimate as the amount needed.
At your next visit you pay the package amount you agreed upon using your CareCredit card.

CareCredit is different from a regular credit card:

Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses for health and wellness care
Apply for CareCredit at home – with instant credit decisions and no impact on your credit score – so you can use your card immediately
Short term financing options, no interest charged on purchases when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.
